JUNETEENTH GALLERY 2021

DEON recognizes the rich and intricate history of New Jersey. We pay tribute to the Lenape people, the original caretakers of the land where we live and work. We also honor the African Americans who suffered through enslavement and their descendants who have fought for freedom over the centuries. We acknowledge the persistent inequalities faced by Indigenous and Black/African American communities today.
DEON appreciates the contributions of diverse communities and immigrant groups to the development of this country. We are dedicated to reconciliation, equity, and inclusion, inspired by the legacy of those who preceded us.
